Jack Schoeman

Rev. Jack Schoeman was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1966. He earned degrees from McMaster University in Hamilton (honours B.A.), Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia (M.A.R.), Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario (M.A.) and Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan (MDiv). Before entering the ministry, he taught for six years at Heritage Christian School in Jordan, Ontario.

Rev. Schoeman was ordained to the ministry in the Free Reformed Churches of North America in December 2000. His first congregation was Bethel Free Reformed Church in Monarch, Alberta where he served until 2010. While he was there, he was instrumental in establishing two church plants – one in Calgary and the other in Lacombe. He also hosted a weekly radio program called the Banner of Truth Radio Broadcast. From 2010 until the end of 2014, Rev. Schoeman served the congregation of Providence Free Reformed Church in St. George, Ontario. He became the pastor in January 2015.

He is married to his wife Susan and together they have six children.
